1. Account and Campaign Usage
- By advertising through Tadnova.com, you authorize Tansiha Connect Pvt Ltd and its partners to display your ads across various digital properties, using automated tools for optimization and targeting.
- You are responsible for ad content, targeting parameters, destination URLs, and all advertised products/services.
- Ads violating policies, legal requirements, or harming users may be rejected or removed.
2. Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
- In compliance with Rule 5 and Rule 18 of the Indian Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:
- Advertisers of news and current affairs content might need to share their account details with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, if requested.
3. Policy Compliance and Content
- All advertisements must adhere to Tadnova.com’s policies, partner policies, and Indian laws.
- Ads must not contain malware, deceptive content, or be automated/fraudulent in activity.
4. Payments
- Advertisers agree to timely payment for their campaigns as per the billing terms.
- Taxes and government charges are the responsibility of the advertiser, and late payments may attract interest.
5. Ad Cancellation & Modifications
- Ads can be canceled by either party before they go live; post-launch cancellations may still incur charges.
- Ads are generally removed within 8 business hours after cancellation.
- Ads will remain visible if the campaign is active and not canceled.
6. Warranties and Indemnity
- Advertisers warrant they hold all necessary rights for their ads and will defend Tansiha Connect Pvt Ltd against third-party claims arising from their content or account misuse.
7. Liability Limitations
- The platform provides ad services on an "as is" basis. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the advertiser in the past three months, unless law states otherwise.
8. Dispute and Governing Law
- Disputes should be attempted to resolve amicably within 60 days of notice.
- These terms are governed by Indian law; disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in the advertiser’s registered address or as required under applicable law.
9. Updates and Modifications
- Tansiha Connect Pvt Ltd may update these terms with prior notice for material changes.
- Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
10. Miscellaneous
- These terms constitute the complete agreement
- No third-party beneficiaries are created unless explicitly stated.
- Neither party is responsible for delays beyond their control.
